Prophecy Tours – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prophecy Tours. Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which outline what is included in your tour package, what is not included, payment and cancellation policies, health requirements, and traveler responsibilities.


What the Tour Price Includes

1. Air Transportation

  • Round-trip, economy-class airfare based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Flight times and rates may change without notice.
  • Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for future travel once issued.
  • Seat upgrades (Comfort, Premium, Business, First Class) are not available with group airfare. Travelers who want upgrades must register as Land Only.
  • Travelers are responsible for providing frequent flyer numbers, TSA PreCheck, or Global Entry details at check-in.
  • Group airfare does not allow schedule deviations. Travelers needing custom flight schedules must choose Land Only.

2. Land Only Option

  • Travelers arranging their own flights must register as Land Only.
  • Prophecy Tours must be notified before the second payment deadline.
  • Airport–hotel transfers can be arranged upon request for Land Only travelers.

3. Land Transportation

  • Deluxe motor coach transportation as outlined in the itinerary.
  • Some coaches may offer Wi-Fi.

4. Hotels

  • First-class hotels with double occupancy (two people per room, private bath).
  • Prophecy Tours and trip coordinators do not match roommates.

5. Single Room Supplement

  • Single rooms require an additional fee as listed on the registration form.
  • Limited availability; assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Meal Plan

  • Breakfast and dinner daily.
  • Lunch is not included.

7. Baggage

  • One (1) checked bag and one (1) carry-on per traveler.
  • Travelers must confirm current airline baggage rules.

What the Tour Price Does NOT Include

1. Tips

  • Tips for guides and drivers are not included.

2. Travel Documents

  • Passport fees and required travel documents are not included.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date.

3. Personal Expenses

Examples include: - Laundry - Personal items - Beverages not included with meals (wine, liquor, mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.) - Additional baggage fees

4. Non-Itinerary Services

  • Any sightseeing or services not listed in the itinerary.

Health Requirements

  • Tours involve significant walking.
  • Many sites are not wheelchair accessible.
  • Uneven terrain may be unsuitable for rollators.
  • Prophecy Tours may refuse travelers requiring assistance beyond what guides and hosts can provide.

Cancellation Protection Plan

Prophecy Tours strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance at the time of registration.


Booking Conditions

  • A $300 deposit per person is required to secure a reservation.
  • Final payment is due 100 days before departure.
  • Late registrations (after the deadline) require full payment and are subject to availability.
  • Accepted payment methods: check, money order, major credit cards.
  • Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter. The effective date is the date received.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to avoid penalties.


Responsibility & Liability

Prophecy Tours and its agents are not responsible for: - Injuries, property loss, accidents, delays, or itinerary changes - Circumstances caused by third-party providers - Issues related to airlines, hotels, motor coach companies, or other service providers

Transportation companies are responsible for passengers only while on board their vehicles, according to their own contracts.

Prophecy Tours is not responsible for additional expenses caused by: - Delays or schedule changes - Weather - Illness - Strikes - War - Other unforeseen events

Such expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.

Prophecy Tours reserves the right to: - Substitute hotels with similar properties - Cancel tours before departure (refund policies vary) - Adjust prices or itineraries if booking conditions are not met

No refunds will be issued for unused tour portions unless arranged prior to departure from the United States.



Additional Policies

Emergency Contact & Medical Liability

Travelers are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the tour. Prophecy Tours is not liable for delays or availability of medical treatment or related costs.

Behavior & Conduct Policy

Prophecy Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler who acts disruptively, violates local laws, or endangers the safety and comfort of others.

Photography & Media Consent

By participating in the tour, travelers grant Prophecy Tours permission to use group photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing before the tour begins.

Force Majeure

Prophecy Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Age Requirements

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Travelers must disclose if minors are joining the tour.

Travel Insurance Waiver

Travelers who decline travel insurance acknowledge that they accept full financial responsibility for any losses, cancellations, or medical emergencies.

Itinerary Flexibility

Daily schedules, site visits, and order of activities may change due to weather, security, or local conditions.

All travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval before beginning their journey.
